YMCK-K PR000817 Ribbon – XID Series

The YMCK-K PR000817 ribbon is designed for Matica XID series card printers. It contains 4 full panels on the front - yellow (Y), magenta (M), cyan (C) and black (K) - and 1 full panel for printing on the back - black (K). On the one hand, YMC panels allow you to print superior quality images, since they can recreate all the colors of the spectrum. On the other hand, the black panel allows you to print a barcode, text and monochrome graphics. Also, all Matica ribbons are automatically recognized by your printer during installation: no configuration is required by the user. This YMCK-K PR000817 ribbon is a genuine Matica ribbon. The manufacturer recommends using only certified Matica ribbons to maintain the print quality of your cards.

The XID series printers use retransfer technology to produce cards with over-the-edge printing. This advanced technology requires both a print ribbon (color or monochrome) and a retransfer ribbon for card printing. Therefore, you must pair the YMCK-K PR000817 ribbon with the Matica retransfer ribbon. These products are sold separately.
